has a 5.25 ERA despite a 1.30 WHIP

J. Buccaneers Gerald McCoy Limited Jersey .P. Arencibias career trajectory continues to fall. On Tuesday, the Texas Rangers sent down the 28-year-old catcher to Triple-A after a rough start to the season. Arencibia was the Rangers Opening Day catcher this season, but is hitting just .133 with one home run and six runs batted in over 20 games. This is Arencibias first year in Texas after a four-year stint with the Toronto Blue Jays that ended on uneasy terms. Arencibia had a .194 batting average last season and was granted free agency. Chris Gimenez was promoted to replace Arencibia. Buccaneers Lavonte David Lights Out Jersey . 1. Royals RHP Luke Hochevar, who beat the Blue Jays Thursday, has a 5.25 ERA despite a 1.30 WHIP. A Swiss Federal Tribunal ruling published Friday said that FIFAs disputes panel and the Court of Arbitration for Sport correctly imposed the sanction for Nantes enticing Guinea forward Ismael Bangoura to break his contract with Dubai club Al Nasr in January 2012. Nantes, which is 15th in the 20-team French league, previously had the ban frozen pending the federal verdict. "We can confirm that the registration ban will have to be served during the upcoming summer 2014 and winter 2015 registration periods," FIFA said in a statement to The Associated Press. Nantes can sell and release players but is barred from registering new signings with the French Football Federation. The ruling upholds the original judgment tthat Nantes and Bangoura are jointly liable to pay Al Nasr 4. http://www.buccaneersstore.us.com/. .5 million euros ($6.2 million) plus interest in compensation. The club and player had argued Bangoura could leave Dubai upon returning from the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations because his salary was unpaid. Bangoura has already served three months of a four-month playing ban ordered by FIFA. The Swiss federal court said the players separate appeal against the CAS ruling was filed too late to be accepted. Nantes won the most recent of its eight French league titles in 2001. It was a Champions League semifinalist in 1996. The Canaries were relegated in 2009 and spent four years in the second tier until winning promotion last season. The Swiss federal tribunal also ordered Nantes to pay 22,000 Swiss francs ($25,000) to both FIFA and Al Nasr, and 20,000 Swiss francs ($22,800) in court costs. ' ' '

Houston was up by four points with four minutes

With the second round of the NHL Playoffs set to begin, heres a look at a handful of players that might provide good value in the Playoff Hockey Challenge, a contest in which you set your lineup under a $100 salary cap. Kiko Alonso Grey Jersey . Drew Doughty, D, Los Angeles (Cost: $6.8) - After scoring a point-per-game (1 G, 6 A) against San Jose in the first round, Doughty appears to be at his best, which means hes as valuable as any defenceman in the game and Doughty comes at a cost of $0.9 less than top-priced P.K. Subban and the same price as Matt Niskanen and Andrei Markov. Dougie Hamilton, D, Boston (Cost: $4.7) - The second-year blueliner is emerging as a bigger contributor, getting more power play time late in the regular season and into the playoffs, putting up four points (1 G, 3 A) in five games against Detroit in Round One. Hamilton isnt yet as productive as the top defencemen, but hes dramatically cheaper, which could allow for more roster flexibility elsewhere. Paul Martin, D, Pittsburgh (Cost: $4.6) - Opened the playoffs with four straight two-assists games, playing big minutes on the Penguins blueline, including the power play. For the same price as Robyn Regehr and Raphael Diaz? Yes, please. Justin Williams, RW, Los Angeles (Cost: $5.8) - Consider the Kings a good value team going forward, but Williams, who tied Anze Kopitar for the team lead with four goals, and led the Kings with 21 shots on goal in Round One, costs less than MatT Moulson, Nick Bonino, Brandon Saad or Reilly Smith (among many others). Patrice Bergeron, C, Boston (Cost: $6.6) - Produced an efficient five points (1 G, 4 A) in five first-round games and is one of the games premier two-way talents. He also has 17 goals and 43 points against Montreal in his career, tying for his best against any team, so grabbing Bergeron for the same price as Reilly Smith or Patrick Maroon is a gift. Bryan Bickell, LW, Chicago (Cost: $3.4) - If youve maxed out your budget and are left perusing the bargain bin, dont overlook Bickell, who had three points (2 G, 1 A) in the first round, while ranking third on the Blackhawks with 19 shots on goal. Hes back on the wing with Jonathan Toews, so for the same price as Justin Fontaine or Teemu Selanne, Bickell offers a favourable alternative. Todd Shapiro, the attorney for 17-year-old Darius McClinton-Hunter, told reporters that a recording was made Wednesday of a conversation between the girl and a teenage friend of the Hunter family. On the call, she backs away from the story that led police in the Dallas suburb of Prosper to arrest McClinton-Hunter on Monday, the attorney said. Kiko Alonso Royal Blue Jersey . Louis this evening. The Blues are 11-0-2 in its past 13 games at home and face an Edmonton club that was without its top three forwards and several key defensemen last time out.HOUSTON -- James Harden was out with a thumb injury, and then Dwight Howard got off to a slow start. It sure looked as if it was going to be a long night for the Houston Rockets. Then everything changed in the third quarter. Howard got back on track and a pair of role players stepped up to help Houston rally for a 97-90 win over the San Antonio Spurs on Tuesday. The Rockets trailed by as many as 15 points in the first half before scoring 33 in the third to go on top. San Antonio used an 11-3 spurt to pull within two in the final minutes, but Howard and Jeremy Lin helped Houston hold on for the win. "We just kept grinding it out," Rockets coach Kevin McHale said. "We changed a couple of things defensively and the guys kind of dug in and got stops." Howard had 23 points and 16 rebounds for Houston, which enjoyed a 55-39 advantage on the glass. Terrence Jones scored 21 points and Lin added 18 points and eight assists while starting in Hardens spot. Harden, who leads the team with 23.7 points a game, was out with a bruised left thumb. "I know I missed a lot of shots early," Howard said. "I didnt lose focus. I got a little frustrated because I wanted to make those shots, especially against Tim (Duncan). But I just tried to stick with it and show the team that no matter what Im going to battle." Boris Diaw scored a season-high 22 points for the Spurs, and he also had 11 rebounds. Tony Parker added 17 points and Duncan had 12 points, 14 rebounds and four blocks. Houston was clinging to a 90-88 lead with less than two minutes left when Howard had a dunk and Lin made a jumper. Duncan had a layup on the other end, but Lin sunk a pair of free throws to secure the victory. Houston has won all three meetings with the Southwest Division-leading Spurs to secure the season series for the first time since 1996-97. They have one scheduled game left on April 14 in Houston. San Antonios 90-point performance ended a streak of 15 straight games with at least 100 points and sent the Spurs to consecutive losses for the first time this season. The last time they were held below 100 was a 111-98 loss to Houston on Christmas Day. The Spurs got within six on a hook shot by Diaw early in the fourth quarter. Lin then scored five quick points to extend Houstons lead to 81-70. Sammy Watkins Nike Jersey. Houston was up by four points with four minutes left in the third quarter when San Antonio resorted to the "Hack-a-Howard" defence, fouling the centre every time the Rockets got the ball. Howard made 13 of 25 foul shots on the night, leaving him at 52.2 per cent from the line for the season. "I figured they were going to do it," he said. "Im just glad I made most of them." Duncan lamented that the tactic backfired for the Spurs. "Thats what he had to do to get us out of it," Duncan said. "He made free throws and he hurt us with them." The Spurs employed the strategy on eight straight possessions, with Howard making 10 foul shots while they had six points as Houston extended its lead to 70-62. Diaw made a jump shot at the end of the third quarter to cut Houstons lead to 72-64 entering the fourth. The Rockets opened the second half with an 11-2 run, capped by a two-handed dunk by Howard, to take their first lead of the game at 50-48. Lin started the run with a 3-pointer and also had two free throws in the surge. Manu Ginobili made four free throws for San Antonio before Houston scored six straight points to take a 56-52 lead. Ginobili and Chandler Parsons then exchanged rim-rattling dunks in rapid succession. The 36-year-old Ginobili injured himself on his jam and was soon limping and holding his upper left leg. He remained in the game for a bit before walking off the court and into the locker room at the next timeout. The team said he had tightness in his left hamstring. He missed time earlier this month with the same problem. San Antonio led by 10 points in the second quarter before Howard made his first basket of the night after starting the game 0 for 8. The bucket was the first of five straight points for Howard with San Antonios only points in that stretch coming on a layup by Marco Belinelli, helping Houston close to 46-39 at halftime. Houston struggled early without Harden and San Antonio jumped to a 9-0 lead thanks to five points from Diaw. The Spurs pushed the lead to 21-6 with about five minutes left in the first. NOTES: Harden injured his thumb in Houstons last game at Memphis on Saturday. ... Diaw has scored at least 10 points 20 times this season. ' ' '

The Packers have formally announced the re-signing of backup running back

OTTAWA -- A week ago it was unthinkable, but the Ottawa Senators are back in playoff contention. Panthers Garry Williams White Jersey . Ales Hemsky scored the only goal of the shootout Monday night as the Senators earned a huge 2-1 win over the Carolina Hurricanes. Hemsky moved in and fired a shot off the post and into the back of the net behind goaltender Cam Ward to give the Senators their third straight win, and fourth in their past fifth games. They have nine points over that stretch. As it stands now, the Senators are in 12th in the Eastern Conference four points behind the Columbus Blue Jackets, who currently possess the second wild-card berth with 82 points. The Hurricanes are seven back. "All Im doing is going game-by-game still. We won today, now we have to get ready for Wednesday and again well see where we are at (in) 82 games," said Senators coach Paul MacLean. Craig Anderson stopped all three Carolina shooters, including Elias Lindholm with the final shot to earn the victory. Mika Zibanejad scored in regulation for the Senators (32-29-14) while Anderson made 30 saves. Jeff Skinner had the Carolina goal while Ward backstopped the Hurricanes (32-32-11) through regulation with 28 saves. Coincidental minor penalties in overtime meant the teams played two minutes of three-on-three hockey. Kyle Turris had the best opportunity for the Senators during that span but his shot went over the net. Alex Semin had Anderson beat on a two-on-one but his backhand went wide. "Structure wise we werent really sure what to do, but you need guys that are creative and are able to beat guys one-on-one because thats what it comes down to," Senators defenceman Marc Methot said of the rare three-on-three. "The guys handled it well." There was very little in the way of scoring opportunities through most of the third period. That changed in the final few minutes as both teams started to apply pressure as neither wanted the other to claim a bonus point in the tight playoff race. "There were definitely opportunities and a little spark at the end. The fans started getting into it knowing the pressure of the last five minutes and that any mistake could be in the back of the net," said Hurricanes forward Jordan Staal. "It raised the intensity of the game for sure." The way the first period started it seemed as though the goaltenders were going to have nightmares even before they went to bed. The score was tied 1-1 before the five-minute mark and the non-defensive style was allowing for several opportunities on both sides. Zibanejad opened the scoring at 1:41 of the first period when he deflected a Patrick Wiercioch point shot past Ward. The play was reviewed but quickly announced that the call on the ice stood and it was in fact a goal. "Youve got to look at it as a lucky break on their side, and just get ready for the next shot," Ward said of the goal. "The puck was bouncing a little more than I would have liked, but other than that we gave our team a chance to win. Unfortunately, it doesnt feel good to lose in a shootout." Zibanejad continues to improve on his career-high numbers as he now has 14 goals and 29 points in 64 games. "Lately weve been taking it one game at a time. Its cliche but we are. And were doing whatever we can to make sure we get the points," said Zibanejad. "The pressure is not on us, the pressure is on the teams above us and by winning were putting more pressure on them." It wasnt all good news for the Senators though as Erik Karlsson gave the puck away behind his own goal and then was the last player to touch it before it went into the back of the Ottawa goal behind Anderson. Karlsson tried to sweep the puck around the boards behind the net but fanned on his attempt, giving skinner possession of the puck behind the goal. He danced from side-to-side before banking the puck off Karlsson and in to tie the game at the 4:03 mark. Notes- Jason Spezza, Bobby Ryan, Jared Cowen and Colin Greening were scratches for the Senators. Mike Komisarek, Radek Dvorak and Justin Peters were scratches for the HurricanesaThe Senators recalled Jean-Gabriel Pageau from Binghamton on MondayaSenators forward Kyle Turris was named the NHLs First Star of the Week Monday after collecting four goals and three assists in four gamesaJeff Skinner now has points in five straight games and recorded his 30th goal of the season MondayaThe Carolina Hurricanes are scheduled to play back-to-back games 20 times this season, second only to the Panthers Luke Kuechly Alternate Jersey . -- C.J. Wilson doesnt throw a complete game very often. Trai Turner Panthers Jersey . -- The Packers have formally announced the re-signing of backup running back James Starks, keeping their formidable backfield intact.ANAHEIM, Calif. -- Los Angeles Angels hitting coach Don Baylor broke his right leg while catching Vladimir Guerreros ceremonial first pitch Monday night. Baylor will have surgery Tuesday on his right femur. The injury cast a pall over opening day at Angel Stadium. Baylor, who joined the Angels coaching staff in the off-season, had to be helped off the field after squatting to catch Guerreros off-target throw. Baylor was taken to a hospital before the Angels 10-3 loss to the Seattle Mariners. "Our thoughts and prayers are with Don right now," Angels manager Mike Scioscia said. "Obviously its a freak (injury). Well see how it turns out." Baylor couldnt stand up after Guerreros throw, his right leg bending awkwardly beneath him while he was held up by Guerrero, who initially thought Baylor was kidding around. Two team employees helped Baylor to the dugout, leaving the Angels in disbelief on the field. "It got me sick when I was warming up and hearing what happened in the dugout," said Mike Trout, who hit a two-run homer in the first inning. Panthers DeAngelo Williams Lights Out Jersey. The 64-year-old Baylor is a survivor of multiple myeloma, a cancer that attacks bone marrow. He was diagnosed with the cancer in 2003, and he is active in fundraising efforts to combat the disease. Baylor, the former manager of the Rockies and Cubs, left the Arizona Diamondbacks in the off-season to return to Anaheim, where he played six seasons with the California Angels. He replaced Jim Eppard as the Angels hitting coach last October. Los Angeles also hired assistant hitting coach Dave Hansen, who was the Mariners hitting coach last season. Baylor and Guerrero are the only AL MVPs in Angels franchise history. Baylor won the award in 1979 during arguably the best season of his 19-year major league career with seven teams. Guerrero threw the ceremonial first pitch to celebrate his retirement with the Angels on a one-day contract. ' ' '

They might not even stay in the 18th spot

NASHVILLE -- Florida coach Billy Donovan knows his newly top-ranked Gators are an even bigger target for opponents. Buccaneers Mike Evans Orange Jersey . They just keep finding ways to finish off victories. Dorian Finney-Smith scored 19 points, and Florida, playing its first game at No. 1, held off Vanderbilt 57-54 on Tuesday night to clinch at least a share of its second straight Southeastern Conference title and seventh overall. The Gators are 13-2 in games decided by single digits after losing all six last season, and Donovan said their margin for error is not very big. "Were not an overly talented team, were just not," Donovan said. "And what these guys have done up to this point in time it really has been pretty remarkable in my opinion. Theyve done a really good job. ... But I think sometimes when you see a team with a high ranking you think dominance, you think they just blow everybody out. Thats not what we are or who we are." Patric Young added 12 points for the Gators (26-2, 15-0 SEC), who continued the best season in school history by winning their 20th straight game, and they will have a chance to claim their third SEC title in four years all to themselves with a win against LSU on Saturday. "Humbling to know that we can come from where we were not being able to do it last year and be able to finish out these close games this year," Young said. The Commodores (15-12, 7-8) beat Florida 83-70 the last time the Gators came into Memorial Gym ranked No. 1, on Feb. 17, 2007. Coach Kevin Stallings only has seven healthy scholarship players right now, and they proved no match for Floridas smothering defence and much deeper bench. "We did a good job, but thats why theyre the No. 1 team in the country," Stallings said. "Theyve got weapons. They throw it to the open guy, and that guy usually delivers. Thats why theyve lost two games." The Commodores sure made it interesting. Kyle Fuller missed a tying 3 in the final seconds when Luke Kornet was guarded closely by Young, and Dai-Jon Parker missed a putback attempt. "Coach drew up a play for Luke to run a flare screen, but when he got it Patric was kind of on him," said Fuller, who scored the final seven points for Vandy. "When I got it I thought I created enough space, but when it left my hand it just didnt feel right." Rod Odom scored 12 points and Parker added 11 as Vanderbilt outshot Florida 48.8 per cent (20 of 41) to 40.4 per cent (21 of 52). The Commodores hit four of eight 3-point attempts in the second half to stay close. The Commodores came in 8-16 all-time against top-ranked teams tapping into what they like to call Memorial magic in Nashville. The old gym wasnt sold out Tuesday night, but fans certainly were as loud as they have been all season trying to urge Vanderbilt to an improbable upset. Florida led 32-25 at halftime and pushed that out to 53-45 only to see Vanderbilt rally each time. Fullers three-point play with 3:16 remaining made it 53-50. Finney-Smith hit a free throw, then Vanderbilt forced a shot clock violation when Wilbekins desperate shot from long range banked off the backboard and rim. Fuller made two free throws with a minute left. Finney-Smith got the ball wide open and knocked down a 3 with 30.6 seconds to go for the clinching basket. Finney-Smith had been in a slump, scoring in double digits only once in the past 11 games. "I just shot the ball with confidence," Finney-Smith said. "Usually, I throw it in for Patric, but the forward was holding for Pat so I could replace, we did a roll and replace, and I was wide open for 3." Fuller answered with a driving layup. Wilbekin dribbled away precious seconds before being fouled only to miss the front end of a 1-and-1. Vanderbilt took a timeout to set up a tying shot but couldnt connect allowing Florida to avoid overtime. Florida outrebounded Vanderbilt 32-26 and had a 13-1 scoring edge in second-chance points. The Gators bench also outscored the Commodores 25-11. The Gators forced 11 of Vanderbilts 16 turnovers in the first half. Even as the Gators swarmed Vanderbilt defensively, pressing early and often, they couldnt shut down the Commodores. Florida scored 13 straight points to take the lead for good in the first half. Wilbekins jumper tied it up, then Casey Prather stole the ball and dunked to put Florida ahead to stay at 13-11 with 11:52 to go. Michael Frazier hit consecutive 3s to cap the spurt and put the Gators up 22-11 and 32-25 at halftime. Charles Sims Buccaneers Jersey . It was also just enough to slip Ryan Hunter-Reay out of the top starting spot for Saturdays Grand Prix of Indianapolis. http://www.buccaneersstore.us.com/81-nike-limited-tim-wright-youth-jersey-nfl-tampa-bay-buccaneers-alternate-orange.html . Averaging over seven runs per game in their last 11 contests, the Blue Jays look to keep the production going tonight in the second of four straight meetings with the Oakland Athletics at the Coliseum.FLORHAM PARK, N.J. - The New York Jets head into the NFL draft with several needs and plenty of picks. General manager John Idzik also has loads of options with the No. 18 selection. Wide receiver? Cornerback? Tight end? Trade up, or down? Well, its anyones guess — the Jets included — right now. But with the depth of this years rookie class and currently holding a whopping 12 selections, New York will likely be able to add a few impact players. "Well go in open-minded," Idzik said. "The nice thing about having 12 picks is it does give you flexibility and manoeuvrability within the draft." Since taking over as GM last year, Idzik has preached a philosophy of building through the draft. And the 12 picks are just one less than the 13 the Jets had in coach Rex Ryans first three years from 2009-11 combined. Idzik took a deliberate but frugal approach to free agency, still landing perhaps the top three players available at their positions in quarterback Michael Vick, running back Chris Johnson and wide receiver Eric Decker. Despite not being the active spenders many fans hoped the Jets would be, that perception wont affect the Jets draft-day approach. "We view the draft, again, as a talent-based operation," Idzik said. "Were just going to go after the best players for our organization, so I dont know that theres any more pressure based on what transpired or what may not have transpired in free agency." Here are five things to know about the Jets heading into the draft: PLETHORA OF PICKS: Having loads of draft selections doesnt always translate into long-term success. With 12 picks, four of which are compensatory, the Jets have their most since having 10 in 2006. They also had 10 picks in 2004, but havent had as many as 12 since 1998, when their first selection came in the second round with defensive end Dorian Boose. Of those 12 players, only fourth-round tackle Jason Fabini became a regular starter for the Jets. Only one player other than Fabini, third-round safety Kevin Williams, started more than one game in New York. Oh, and five of those selections never played for the Jets in a regular-season game. STAYING PUT?: Despite all those picks, theres certainly a chance the Jets wont keep them all. Buccaneers Lavonte David Authentic Jersey. They might not even stay in the 18th spot, if the right opportunity to trade up — maybe to get a Sammy Watkins or Mike Evans — comes along. That spot in the draft has produced some decent talent in recent years, including Chad Pennington (2000), Calvin Pace (2003), Joe Flacco (2008) and Maurkice Pouncey (2010), but generally very few Pro Bowl-type players have come at No. 18. "We feel if we stay at 18 that well have the ability to select a good player, somebody that can come in and help us win," senior personnel executive Terry Bradway said. TARGETING NEW TARGETS: Whether its Geno Smith or Michael Vick under centre this season, the Jets addressed the wide receiver position in free agency by bringing in Decker, who immediately upgrades the group after two huge years catching passes from Peyton Manning in Denver. But theres still room to improve. While Watkins and Evans are expected to be long gone by No. 18, the Jets might have a tough decision between LSUs Odell Beckham Jr., Oregon States Brandin Cooks, Southern Californias Marqise Lee or Florida States Kelvin Benjamin. ANOTHER CORNER?: Yes, the Jets took a cornerback with their first-round pick last year in Dee Milliner. But it could happen again, because the Jets might need another top-notch player at the position. After releasing Antonio Cromartie, Milliner became the de facto No. 1 cornerback. The current options to start opposite him are free agent signee Dimitri Patterson, and Kyle Wilson, the teams top pick in 2010, who might be better suited as nickel backs. It wouldnt be a shocker if the Jets jumped on Michigan States Darqueze Dennard, TCUs Jason Verrett, or Virginia Techs Kyle Fuller at No. 18. TIGHT SPOT: The Jets re-signed Jeff Cumberland in the off-season, and Ryan has raved about how he is developing into an all-around tight end. But Zach Sudfeld, Chris Pantale and Konrad Reuland, coming off a knee injury, are the only other tight ends on the roster. So, if North Carolinas Eric Ebron is available, the Jets could opt for perhaps the top-rated tight end in the draft. If not, Texas Techs Jace Amaro or Washingtons Austin Seferian-Jenkins could be possibilities in the second round. ' ' '

The Raptors scored 65 points in the first half

ST. Chargers Jason Verrett Lights Out Jersey . JOHNS, N.L. -- Ben Chiarot doesnt expect much offence out of his team. So it wasnt a surprise for the defenceman that the IceCaps won -- he just didnt expect it to be so easy. "We dont usually score that many goals, our games are usually tight-checking games," said Chiarot. "To get five is good. Its nice." Chiarot scored and Eddie Pasquale made 24 saves as St. Johns beat the Hershey Bears 5-1 in American Hockey League action on Friday. Ben Chiarot, John Albert, Jason Jaffray, Austen Brassard and JC Lipon scored for the IceCaps (2-2-1). For Albert, Brassard and Jaffray, the goals marked their first of the season. Hershey forward Jeff Taffe scored for the Bears (0-2-1), while David Leggio made 35 saves. It was actually the second time this season St. Johns scored five goals after they did it in a 5-1 win over Providence on Oct. 5. "We are happy to get the two points and get some success," said IceCaps head coach Keith McCambridge. "We know they will be coming hard tomorrow, so we have to enjoy it for two minutes and then shift gears and get ready for tomorrow." McCambridge was happy with the teams offensive output, as well as their penalty-killing prowess in holding the Bears to just one power-play goal on six opportunities. "Offensively, we were pretty creative and for the most part we were able to not get too buried and not lose too much momentum when killing off penalties," he said. Taffe opened the scoring with a wraparound power-play goal, sliding the puck under a sprawling Pasquale at the 12:31 mark of the first period. The IceCaps tied the game 28 seconds into the second, when a cross-crease pass found Lipon who hit a one timer on the doorstep into a wide-open net on the power play. At the 8:59 into the third, Chiarot put the home team in the lead on a shot through traffic, getting a deflection from a Hershey player on the way. "(Eric) ODell won the puck back from the faceoff and when I looked up I saw their guy was coming out pretty hard, so I just tried to get the puck by him," said Chiarot. "Their D-man tried to stop it and it deflected off his stick and went up and over their goalies shoulder. It was a bit of a lucky break, but we will take it." Jaffray doubled the lead for the IceCaps with a slapshot coming in over the blue-line at 10:13 in the third period. IceCaps forward Carl Klingberg then carried the puck over the blue-line, beating a defender wide and playing a pass across the crease for a wide-open Albert to finish. Brassard added more salt to the wound, breaking in the zone and beating Leggio high glove with 1:06 left in the game. Eric Weddle Chargers Jersey . -- Marcus Thornton and the Sacramento Kings had little trouble surging past the Boston Celtics in the second half on Friday. Ryan Carrethers Jersey . "Not arrogant, just better." The debate will rage as to just how good this Manchester United side really is, having eked out many of its 27 league wins using grit and determination rather than the style and panache associated with a number of manager Alex Fergusons former United teams. OAKLAND, Calif. -- Thirty minutes after fueling Golden States largest fourth-quarter comeback in more than 50 years, Klay Thompson pointed to a halftime speech by teammate Jermaine ONeal as the difference. It turns out the Warriors backup big man knew just what buttons to push. Thompson made four 3-pointers during the dramatic fourth, Stephen Curry added a pair of shots from beyond the arc down the stretch and the Golden State Warriors rallied from 27 points down in the second half to beat the Toronto Raptors 112-103 Tuesday night. Oracle Arena erupted at the final buzzer after being a den of silence for much of the game. Team owner Joe Lacob and general manager Bob Myers ducked into a private room and let out a loud shout while the Warriors celebrated the NBAs biggest comeback this season while jogging off the court. Afterward, all anyone wanted to talk about was ONeals pep talk. "(He) gave a great speech at halftime," Thompson said. "Honestly, that was what was our turning point. It wasnt in the fourth quarter or the third quarter. It was at halftime." No one would reveal what ONeal said. Golden States comeback from 18 points down after three quarters was its biggest since storming back from a 19-point deficit to beat the Boston Celtics 126-124 on Feb. 9, 1962. Warriors coach Mark Jackson, never at a loss for words, could only smile. "This being my third year here, there has not been a bigger win," Jackson said. "We were not sharp, we were not crisp and we allowed (Toronto) to get it going. To our credit, we began to defend." And score. Thompson finished with 22 points and seven assists, nearly matching Currys 27 and 10. David Lee added 18 points and eight rebounds for the Warriors. Toronto led 75-48 with 9:20 left in the third quarter when Golden State began inching back. The Warriors trimmed the gap to 88-70 heading into the fourth then stormed back behind an onslaught of 3-pointers. Golden State made eight 3s over the final 12 minutes, the last coming from Harrison Barnes with 47.2 seconds remaining to give the Warriors a 109-103 lead. "Its one of those where they started hitting the 3 in the third quarter and we couldnt turn the water off," Toronto coach Dwane Casey said. "We did an excellent job in the first three quarters and then we couldnt score in the fourth quarter." DeMar DeRozan had 26 points to pace Toronto, which lost its fourth straight. Kyle Lowry added 20 points and nine aassists despite being knocked out of the game briefly following a collision with Warriors centre Andrew Bogut. Eric Weddle Blue Jersey. Golden State was down and nearly out before storming back. The Raptors scored 65 points in the first half and were scoring almost at will against a Golden State defence that had allowed 100 points or more in six straight games. Toronto made it seven despite scoring just nine points over the final 8:45. That cold snap opened the door for the Warriors biggest comeback of the season and extended the Raptors losing streak in Oakland to nine games. Curry nearly brought his team back in record-breaking fashion. He made three 3-pointers and needs three more to break Jason Richardsons franchise record of 700. He got plenty of support in draining 3s. Thompson went 6 of 12 from beyond the arc, Barnes added two and Draymond Green had one. "Were shooters," Thompson said. "It just happened to be a night where we were all missing at the same time, and then it turned out we were hitting at the same time." Barnes finished with 19 points, while ONeal added 11 points and eight rebounds off the bench. The Warriors were sloppy on both ends of the court in the first quarter when the Raptors built a 17-point lead. Rudy Gay and Lowry had seven points apiece as part of a 22-5 run by Toronto. Lowry, who had 11 points in the opening 12 minutes, capped the streak with a buzzer-beating 3-pointer from 26 feet. Barnes helped Golden State chip away at the lead. He scored nine of the teams first 11 points then added three free throws to pull the Warriors within 48-39. Torontos Steve Novak answered with three 3s in 97 seconds, Lowry added a driving layup and Toronto took a 65-48 halftime lead. The Raptors were still comfortably ahead late in the third quarter when Lowry dropped to the floor after colliding with Bogut. Lowry lay in the key for several moments, then stood up and took a few steps before sitting back down on the court. He was eventually helped to his feet and walked slowly off the court with the help of a pair of Toronto assistants. Lowry returned with 10:40 left in the fourth quarter -- right in the middle of Golden States best run of the night. NOTES: Toronto had not scored more than 56 points in any half until its first-half eruption. ... Golden State is 3-0 when ONeal scores in double figures. ... Raptors forward Amir Johnson (16 points, 10 rebounds) has double-doubles in each of his past two games against the Warriors. ' ' '

MILAN, Italy -- Zlatan Ibrahimovic returned from his suspension in style as his first-half hat trick helped AC Milan to a 4-0 win at Palermo on Saturday. Eric Weddle Pro Bowl Jersey . The Serie A leader moved three points clear after Juventus drew 1-1 with Chievo Verona in what could prove to be a decisive day in the title race. Ibrahimovic fired Milan in front in the 22nd minute and benefited from another Robinho assist just after half an hour before completing his treble with a stunning long-range shot in the 35th. The Sweden striker would have added to his first-half tally but for a wonder save from Palermo goalkeeper Emiliano Viviano. Thiago Silva completed the rout shortly before the hour mark. It was Ibrahimovics first game back following a three-match ban for slapping Napoli defender Salvatore Aronica. He took his tally to 18 for the season, drawing level with Udinese forward Antonio Di Natale at the top of the goalscoring charts. "Milan is strong even without Ibra, because a great squad has so many strong players and even without me the squad showed it knew how to play well and win," Ibrahimovic said after his second Serie A hat trick and first for Milan. "I will make everyone sign the ball and then Ill give it to my kids to play with. "This was a very important victory. Its not easy to play here at Palermo but we did well. What happened happened but the squad did well even without me, winning two games and drawing the other, which apart from anything else we deserved to win." There was even better news for Massimiliano Allegris side later as Boukary Drame levelled for Chievo in Turin after Paolo De Ceglie put Juventus ahead. Milan was three points ahead, although unbeaten Juventus has a game in hand. "Im disappointed because todays match was one we had to and could have won, theres a lot of regret," Juventus coach Antonio Conte said. "We always play flat out so occasionally theres a slight drop and its a psychological one. "Today it seemed as if we wanted to take on the world and we wasted too much energy and left ourselves exposed to so many Chievo counterattacks, and I didnt like that. But there are teams which are better equipped than we are and we have to be proud of what we are doing. What the boys are doing is miraculous." Milan heads into the second leg of its Champions League last-16 match with Arsenal with even more confidence. Leading 4-0 from the first leg, it will expect to complete the job in London on Tuesday. It is Palermos second hefty defeat in a row, and its third loss in its past four games -- although it is the first time the Sicilian side has lost at home this year. Milan went in front when Sulley Muntari slipped but fortunately managed to intercept a Palermo pass and get the ball to Robinho, who touched in for Ibrahimovic to curl into the top left corner. On a counterattack, Robinho again found Ibrahimovic, who controlled well before cutting inside and firing into the left corner. Ibrahimovic grabbed his third four minutes later when he whipped the ball into the bottom right corner from 25 yards. The former Inter Milan star could have had another in the 39th but Viviano somehow managed to deflect Ibrahimovics six-yard effort to safety. Milan came close to extending its lead seven minutes after the break but Viviano did well to turn Thiago Silvas free kick around his right post. The Palermo goalkeeper pulled off another good save moments later to deny Stephan El Shaarawy. However, Viviano could do nothing when El Shaarawys cross was headed in by Thiago Silva Palermo almost got one back minutes later when Edgar Barretos effort crashed off the left post. Juventus knew it had to win to keep pace with Milan and it took the lead in the 18th minute. Giorgio Chiellinis header crashed back off the right post, bounced out of Chievo goalkeeper Stefano Sorrentinos arms and De Ceglie headed his side in front. Chievo looked dangerous on the counterattack and almost levelled two minutes from halftime when Paolo Sammarco fired Alberto Paloschis cross narrowly over the bar. Sorrentino pulled off a stunning stop on the hour to deflect with his leg Simone Padoins close-range effort. Chievo snatched a deserved equalizer 13 minutes from time when Drame drilled in a fizzing long-range effort. Juventus defender Leonardo Bonucci was on the line but could not prevent it going in for Drames first Serie A goal. Andrea Pirlo came agonizingly close to snatching all three points for Juve with a thunderbolt in stoppage time which Sorrentino brilliantly kept out.http://www.authenticchargersshop.com/Jeremiah-Attaochu-Chargers-Jersey . Yzerman and company are guarding the specifics of their discussions, however, its believed Subbans stock is on the rise. The next game is key to Torontos hope of finishing first in the East

TORONTO -- Kevin Croswell made an impressive return to the National Lacrosse League on Saturday night. http://www.worldsocceronlineshop.com/Argentina-Sergio-Aguero-Jersey.html . The Washington Stealth announced on Thursday that theyd signed the 26-year-old free agent from Peterborough, Ont., to sub for injured goaltender Tyler Richards, he participated in his first practice with his new teammates Saturday morning, and then he went out and played a starring role in a 14-9 victory over the Toronto Rock. "I got thrown right in there and I guess theres no better way to do it than get right in there and get it done," said Croswell, who claimed not to feel rusty in his first regular-season NLL start since last spring. "You just go in there and do your thing." Washington held quarter leads of 3-1, 7-4 and 10-7 and outshot Toronto 57-49. Jeff Zywicki, Dean Hill, Eric Martin and Lewis Ratcliff scored two each and Athan Iannucci, Brett Bucktooth, Cliff Smith, Mike Grimes, Justin Salt and Curtis Hodgson got one each for Washington, 2-6. Stephan Leblanc scored four goals and Garrett Billings, Josh Sanderson, Stephen Hoar, Ryan Sharp and Bill Greer one each for the Rock, who slipped to 4-4 in front of an Air Canada Centre crowd of 10,530. Toronto retained a share of first place in the East Division because Philadelphia also is at 4-4 after losing 11-8 at home to Rochester. Sharp and Croswell are former teammates so the Rock defenceman was well aware of Croswells attributes. "He practices hard and plays hard," said Sharp. "He studies the game. "Hes been around. He was in Minnesota with me for four years. He studied Nick Patterson and when he got in there he played well, and he played well tonight." Both teams were missing all-star forwards -- Washingtons Rhys Duch and Torontos Colin Doyle -- but the return of Zywicki to the Stealth lineup after being out since Jan. 19 gave his team a big lift. "It was awesome to be back and I felt great," said Zywicki. "It feels even better now that we got the win. "I thought I played pretty well but the big thing was that the team played a lot better than weve played all year." The two goals he scored from the edge of the crease to the right of the Toronto net were trademark Zywicki effort from extremely difficult angles. "Ive been doing those for a long time," he said. "When youre not the biggest guy out there, youve got to find different ways to score. Those tough angle ones, I work on them in practice." Zywicki wasnt the only Washington returning to action. The return of Kyle Sorensen and Chris McElroy strengthened the back end. "The defence played solid," said Croswell. "They allowed me some good looks on outside shots." This looked more like the team that barely lost the Champions Cup final, 8-7, in Toronto last May than the injury-riddled one that fell to 1-6 after a lopsided loss to Minnesota last weekend. "We finally feel as if were on the right track," said defenceman Jeff Moleski. "Our goal tonight was to outwork them and outsmart them and I think we did that. "Weve made a few changes lately and decided to get back to basic lacrosse. Thats what we did tonight. We outran them and outhustled them." It was the second game with head coach Chris Hall behind the bench following his treatments for throat cancer. "We got some stops, finally, in goal," said Hall. "Croswell was outstanding -- great early to get us rolling. "Sorensen was back to lead the defence and to bring us some motivation and grit and, of course, it was special to see Zywicki back. Those three made a big difference for us." Duch is probable for next weekends game in Denver against West leader Colorado, said Hall. That reality and the win over the Rock has Stealth confidence at a seasons high. "Maybe we can climb out of the hole were in and get back in it," he said. "Weve got some goaltending, weve got some leadership back, Zywicki was big up front and weve injected some youthful energy in Justin Salt, so theres absolutely something for us to build on." Toronto coach Troy Cordingley says Doyles bruised shoulder should be better by next weekend, which should allow him to suit up for a home game against Philadelphia. That positive development helps offset some of the negativity of yet another home loss. "We had a team come into our rink that was 1-6 and I dont think we took them lightly," said Cordingley. "They played more like the team that went to the final the final the last two years. "We started slowly. We couldnt keep up. They dominated. We have to find that drive, that passion, that is going to get us over this inconsistency -- play one good game and take two off type of thing." Matt Roik started in goal for the Rock but was replaced by Pat Campbell when Washington went ahead 9-4 in the third quarter. "We got outworked by a hungry team," said Rock defenceman Bruce Codd. "I dont know why we didnt come out and match their intensity. We knew they were going to be hungry but we came out flat and got behind and never had the lead at any point in the game. It was just a disappointing effort." The next game is key to Torontos hope of finishing first in the East. Toronto and Philadelphia split two previous meetings so the third and final one will give the winner the tiebreaker should the two clubs end the 16-game schedule tied. "We have confidence in our guys," said Cordingley. "We just need to find that fire that is going to motivate us to play consistent lacrosse like we have for the last two years. Guys should be ready off the young guys in our lineup. I thought they Jesse Gamble, Scotty Johnston and Damon Edwards were our best players tonight. Those kids played hard." NOTES: Washington outshot Toronto 57-50 . . . Bob Snider won 19 of the 27 faceoffs he took for the Stealth . . . Toronto was 1-for-4 and Washington 0-for-3 on power plays . . . Jake Virtanen scored twice, including once shorthanded

WHISTLER, B. Joe Klecko Jersey For Sale .C. -- After just missing the podium in the womens race Alex Gough wasnt going to be denied in the relay at the luge World Cup. Gough was part of the Canadian team that finished second in the relay at the Whistler Sliding Centre on Saturday. It was just the second time Canada won a World Cup luge medal on home soil. "I had a good run and these guys put down good runs," said Gough, shouting over the cheers and ringing bells from a loud crowd. "Its a great feeling when its a team competition. You just come together. Everybody does their job and it works out well." Gough finished fourth in the womens singles race earlier in the evening. Joining Gough on the relay podium was Calgarys Sam Edney, who raced the mens singles, and the doubles team of Tristan Walker of Cochrane, Alta., and Justin Snith of Calgary. "Theres a lot of energy in this place," said Edney, who finished fifth in Friday nights mens race. "We have a lot of fun. "We know that we can slide well and are good in this event." Germany won the gold medal in a time of two minutes 18.773 seconds. The Canadians were clocked in 2:19.001 while Russia took bronze in 2:19.162. In the relay, each country starts by racing a single woman, followed by a single man, then a double. All begin from the same start. It was the first time the relay had been held in Canada. It will be a medal event at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi. Canada is gaining the reputation as a relay power. The same Canadian team won the race in the opening luge World Cup at Igls, Austria. Gough shrugged her shoulders when asked why Canada is good in the event. "We just have fun," she said with a laugh. Edney said the Canadians head to the start gate brimming with confidence. "We are feeding off the energy everybody has," he said. "We have one the best women in the sport right now. "I feel like I have had a pretty good start and we have a young doubles team that is just charging down the hill every time they get on the sled. I think that confidence we have is something we feed off. We feel we have the best team at the start. People know we are the ones to beat." The only other Canadian to win a World Cup luge medal at home was Tyler Seitz who won bronze in Calgary in 2002. Gough just missed the podium in the womens race. Germanys Natalie Geisenberger won in a two-run combined time of 1:23.439 seconds. She edged out teammate and Olympic champion Tatjana Hufner, who was second in 1:23.482. Russias Tatiana Ivanova was third in 1:23.606. Gough finished in 1:23.685. "Its tough to be so close and not quite there," said the 24-year-old from Calgary. "Thats racing. Some days its there and some days its not." Geisenberger let out a squeal of delight when her teammate Hufner failed to catch her on the final run. Gough blamed a mistake on her first run for her final time of 1:23.685. "I just couldnt put it together in the first run as nice as I would have liked," she said. "I was close even with a mistake. It was a good race for me. I slid really well. I was happy with that." Canada had four women in the singles. Beside Gough, Arianne Jones of Calgary was 10th in 1:24.286, Kimberley McRae of Calgary 11th in 1:24.293 and Dayna Clay of Calgary 16th in 1:24.616. Luge head coach Wolfgang Staudinger said the relay silver capped a positive couple days for the Canadian team. "We had a very good weekend," he said. "We have to be happy and Im very happy about it." The Canadian team hopes to carry the momentum into next weekends World Cup in Calgary. "We are going to build off this result today," said Edney. "We can feed off this team result going into next week and post some really good results in the individual races." Gough became the first Canadian to win a luge World Cup when she won a race in Paramonovo, Russia. She also was third at the world championships and collected three other World Cup bronzes. She opened this season by finishing third in the season-opening World Cup. The World Cup is the first major international luge competition held at the Whistler venue since the 2010 Winter Olympics, when Georgian athlete Nodar Kumaritashvili died in a horrific crash just hours prior to the opening ceremonies. The 21-year-old Kumaritashvili lost control of his sled while travelling at speeds of more than 144 kilometres going into Turn 16. He flew off the track and slammed into a metal post. No athletes from Georgia competed at Whistler or raced at Igls. Since the Games the $104.9-million Whistler venue has undergone subtle changes and safety features have been improved. Teams were also given extra training time on the 1,140-metre-long track leading up to this years competition. Work has been done on the tracks concrete that affects the profile of the ice and simplifies the driving lines. Some modifications have been made to change the shape of certain curves. Kumaritashvilis death resulted in the luge starts being lowered for the Olympics. The men started from what was the womens start and the women dropped to the junior start position. Those same starts are being used this weekend. Jets Klecko Jersey . Antolin Alcaraz headed into his own net in the opening minute, and Seamus Coleman repeated the feat in the 31st as Everton missed a chance to provisionally move above Arsenal into fourth place. Each week, The Reporters put their thumbs out to the good and the bad in the world of sports. James White Jersey . This week, they discuss the NFL and marijuana, Canadian world champion boxer Bermane Stiverne, Steve Kerrs choice for head coach and FIFA backtracking on Qatar 2022. Dave Naylor, TSN Radio 1050: My thumb is up to the National Football League which - according to reports this week - is planning to soften its penalties for players who test positive for marijuana. Look, even if youre part of the minority which still believes pot should be illegal, its not hard to see the hypocrisy here. The NFL is a down-and-dirty league, where all kinds of nasty stuff happens and players are often welcomed back to the field despite risky and dangerous behavior. And yet, as of now, Clevelands Josh Gordon will miss this coming season because he did something that is legal in two states and which many believe is a safer way to manage the pain associated with pro football than popping pills. What would the NFL be like if the league stopped testing for weed altogether? Well, we have a pretty good idea because in Canada the CFL does not list marijuana as a banned substance. And frankly, no one cares. The NFL has followed the CFLs lead when it comes to the forward pass, two-point converts and a few other things …  its time to follow its lead on pot as well. Steve Simmons, Sun Media: My thumb is up Bermane Stiverne, and if you dont know the name, youre not alone. A week ago, Stiverne, the Haitian-born Montreal-raised boxer, won the WBC heavyweight championship. Once upon a time, that was a title that began with Sonny Liston and moved through Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier and Larry Holmes and George Foreman and Mike Tyson and another Canadian of other countries, Lennox Lewis. It was the title of all titles not just in boxing, but in all of sport: heavyweight champion of the world. Somewhere in time that disappeared, just not the history; now its Stivernes time, after his sixth round stoppage of Chris Arreola in Los Angeles. He might be like Trevor Berbick, a one and done champion. But after all these years, we still remember Berbicks name. Michael Farber, Sports Illustrated: My thumb is up to Steve Kerr for a wise choice. Offered coaching positions with the Knicks and Warriors, the broadcaster took door no. 2, Golden State. The job might not be all rainbows and lollipops because Warrior players are angry former coach Mark Jackson was fired, but it is a better option than Madison Square Garden, the worlds most famous asylum. Kerr wont have to answer to bullying owner James Dolan or face inevitable second-guessing from Knicks president Phil Jackson, a fair coach himself. Golden state provides Kerr with a more talented roster and a better family situation, but mostly if offers a truly precious commodity - sanity. Dave Hodge, TSN: My thumb is down to soccers world governing body, FIFA for managing to sound dumber than its president, Sepp Blatter. Blatter has finally admitted that the selection of Qatar as the site of the 2022 World Cup was a mistake, which, until now, has been obvious to all but FIFA, because if the summertime heat makes it dangerous to watch a soccer match, its probably not a good idea to play in one. But, said Blatter, people do make mistakes. Well, an embarrassed FIFA spokesman tried to distance the organization from Blatters remarks by claiming that Blatter never actually said that Qatar was the wrong choice, which means that Blatter meant...... FIFA made the right choice and it was a mistake. They cant even stand this heat.http://www.authenticpatriotsshop.com/Elite-Logan-Mankins-New-England-Patriots-Jersey-Womens-Nike-Nfl-70-C-Patch-White-Road-91 . Aaron Rodgers found out. And so did Brady, running on empty all game long. Barrichello, who moved to IndyCar this season after a record 325 races in Formula One the past 19 years, topped 200 mph during his rookie oval test Monday at the high-banked 1 1/2-mile Texas Motor Speedway.NEW ORLEANS - In what has become a highlight of the NBA calendar, All-Star Saturday festivities will commence from Smoothie King Center. The night starts off with the Shooting Stars competition, followed by the Skills Challenge, the 3-Point Shootout and the main event, a showcase of athleticism known as the Slam-Dunk Contest. You can catch all of the action live starting at 8pm et/5pm pt on TSN2. Or, one could call All-Star Saturday, "Damian Lillard Day." The Portland All-Star, who competed in the Rising Stars game on Friday, is scheduled to participate in the Skills Challenge, 3-Point Shootout and Slam- Dunk Contest on Saturday. "Im happy that Im really a part of the weekend. I get to compete in all these events, and just to be in these guys company with all these stars," said Lillard. "It lets you know that the hard work is paying off." This year, much like last, Saturdays competitions are broken down into East vs. West. Paul George of the Indiana Pacers is the East captain, while Steph Curry guides the West. Both are starters in Sundays All-Star game. Saturdays happenings start at 8 p.m. ET. Up first will be the Shooting Stars, a simple enough competition where current NBAers join a legend and a WNBA star in a shooting contest from all over the floor. The first round will feature teams from the same conference against each other. The winning teams advance to the final round for the title. Each competitor will be stationed at one of the first three places, and the shot must be made before the next can be attempted. All three will chuck it up from near half-court and the team with the best time wins. Its a family affair for two of the teams as Curry will join his father Dell Curry and Becky Harmon of the San Antonio Silver Stars.
